PRISM AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PRISM AI mobile application (the "App"), formerly known as Vision Tech AI. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.

A. Images and Media

• The App processes images you provide for AI-assisted visual workflows (e.g., image generation, editing, analysis).
• Images are processed on-device or sent to cloud AI services as needed to produce results. Uploaded images are not stored on our servers beyond the time required to complete the request.
• The App does not access your photo library without your explicit permission.

B. Camera Access

• The App may request camera access to capture images for AI processing.
• Camera data is used only within the App and is not recorded or stored externally.

C. Device and Diagnostic Data

• The App may collect basic device information (OS version, device model) for crash reporting and stability improvements.
• Diagnostic logs are generated locally and are not transmitted without your consent.

D. Data You Provide

• Text prompts, preferences, or settings you enter are used solely to drive AI workflows.
• The App does not require account creation or personal information to function.

2. How We Use Information

• Process images through AI models to generate, edit, or analyse visual content.
• Improve AI output quality and app performance.
• Provide customer support when requested.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or images with third parties for marketing purposes. Images may be sent to third-party AI service providers (e.g., cloud inference APIs) strictly for processing your request; these providers are contractually required to delete data after processing. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

• The App may use cloud-based AI APIs (e.g., for image generation or analysis). These services receive only the data necessary for the requested task.
• If the App displays ads, the ad provider may collect standard advertising identifiers as described in their own privacy policy.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Generated images and workflow outputs are stored locally on your device.
• Cloud-processed data is retained only for the duration of the processing request.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

6. Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke camera and photo library permissions at any time through your device settings.
• You can delete any locally saved outputs from within the App or your device's file manager.
• You control whether to share or export generated content.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data processed by the App, including encryption for data in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
